Is there a setup fee or contract?
No setup fee for existing Ravalak-built sites, and no long-term contract. Plans are billed monthly and you can change or cancel with 30 days' notice.
What counts as a "content edit"?
Text changes, swapping images, adding a page, updating hours or staff, posting news — the everyday updates. Larger work like new features or redesigns is quoted separately, with your plan time credited.
Do unused hours roll over?
Content time is per month and does not roll over, but if you have a bigger change coming we will plan around it so nothing is wasted.
Can you take over a site someone else built?
Often, yes. We do a short technical review first to make sure it is stable enough to support, then let you know which plan fits.
How do non-profit discounts work?
Registered non-profits and charities receive a standing discount on both project work and monthly plans. Mention your status when you get in touch.
